The concept with the buffet is extraordinary, but quite consistent. So you can top your burger with what you like best. The prices are a bit peppered, however. But it was still delicious. 😁

The service and burgers are delicious, the location is cozy and in the right style, but it is without a doubt 5 stars. I don't think it's good to switch the burgers to "burgers are only available with a buffet". When I eat a burger, I don't need a starter and dessert included. In the end, the burger costs over 20 EUR (because of the buffet), but still only eats for half. Please introduce burgers a la carte again!

It is your own fault if you only drive by here and do not go in. The concept with the buffet is great. You only get the burger and you can put everything together yourself. Super delicious restaurant with an interesting concept - you order a burger "blank" and simply fill it yourself. At the buffet there are fresh and delicious ingredients as well as perfectly matching side dishes, which are always replenished freshly prepared! Very recommendable! My tip - pulled pork or pulled beef. Damn yummy!

A chance find on the way home. Nice service, nice atmosphere, cool music. We had various burgers and spare ribs / chicken wings. The buffet is great and plentiful. We particularly liked the children's order, extremely fair pricing. Only the menu could better explain the concept, we and other guests did not understand that directly.

Esssen was great, especially the burgers. But you have to expect long waiting times. It takes 35 minutes from sitting down to the first drink, there is still some catching up to do. The food was there after 50 minutes. You have to remember, it was a busy time. Ordered drinks and food straight away, as there was plenty of time to think. You order a main course and then you can go to the buffet. There are fries, Morzarella sticks, lettuce, nachos, etc. You can make burgers the way you want. Bacon, lettuce, cucumber, just everything you want. Then the prices: most of them cost around € 20, so not exactly cheap. Then the drink. Despite all the need for improvement, every visit is worthwhile. Highly recommended!

Table reserved for 6 p.m. Canceled at 5 p.m. Prices excessive for a portion that is far too small. More frozen than freshly made. Unfriendly management. Unfortunately, the 501 has lost its shine. 3 years ago it was much better and friendlier. Unfortunately, that has nothing to do with good and organized gastronomy. Not worth a star anymore.

Stunning interior, friendly and competent personnel and an authentic American menu. A lot of attention put into all the details of the venue as well as the food. Overall excellent. The Sunday brunch offer is clear to see when you enter the restaurant. The brunch menu is very varied anything from scrambled egg to spar ribs. Very friendly staff.
